SafeScroll – Account & Data Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your SafeScroll account and associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Open the SafeScroll app.
  2. Go to Settings → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm your deletion request.

Please include the email address or phone number associated with your account.

What Data Will Be Deleted

  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Year of birth
  • Subscription records linked to your account

Data That Is Not Stored

SafeScroll does not store screen data, screenshots, or content detection data. All AI processing happens locally on your device.

Retention Period

Account data is permanently deleted within 30 days of receiving the request, unless retention is required by law.
